Care: Machine wash gentle in cold water. Tumble dry on low or line dry for best results.

Small/Medium waist 74 cm /29" (unextended) length 40 cm/15-3/4"

Large/X-Large  waist 84cm/ 33"  (unextended  length 41 cm/ 16"

Please note, that there is an additional @2-3" of give when the elastice is extended.
